A principios del 2009 la Visual Novel Saya no Uta seria publicada totalmente traducida en ingles por moogy en tlwiki, sin embargo esta ya no se encuentra en la pagina gracias a que la VN fue licenciada por JAST USA en el 2013, Saya system (un programa que fue creado en ese entonces para correr el juego) y traducciones fueron retiradas, cabe recalcar que JAST publico esta Visual Novel sin muchos cambios ya que Saya no Uta fue traducida por la misma persona en ambas versiones (fan, licensed), el único cambio "algo" destacable es que se elimino la censura de las CGs
A finales de 2010 el grupo NitroNovel habría empezado la traducción del juego en español, sin embargo la traducción se detendría a pocos pasos de haber finalizado, hasta que a principios del 2012 el grupo La 07th Inquisition empezaría a publicar avances de su traducción y terminar de traducirla
